FocalPoint Engineering named exclusive reseller of NCPlot CNC Verification Software in Canada

7 Jan 2010 - FocalPoint Engineering was named today as NCPlot's exclusive reseller in Canada. NCPlot's CNC Editor and Backplotter fits perfectly into FocalPoint's mission of bringing practical and affordable solutions to small and medium sized machine shops. NCPlot allows G-code tool path verification on 4-axis mills and 2-axis lathes, including the ability to interpret and plot parametric programming statements such as Fanuc Macro B.

FocalPoint Engineering named authorized reseller of SpaceClaim 3D solid modelling software in Canada

16 Sep 2009 - FocalPoint Engineering is pleased to have been selected as an authorized reseller of SpaceClaim 3D Direct Solid Modelling software. SpaceClaim is a perfect solution for small to medium sized machine shops who cannot justify the time and expense to implement traditional solid modeling tools. SpaceClaim accepts CAD data from all sources and allows the machinist or CNC programmer to directly manipulte it for programming or creating operation sheets and fixture designs.  

HAAS Factory Demo Day 16

17 Jun 2009 - FocalPoint Engineering was pleased to have been included in the list of partners at HAAS Demo Day 16 on Wednesday, June 17, 2009. The event was well attended, with HAAS milling and turning equipment being displayed in action, and many suppliers represented to support the success of CNC manufacturers in Ontario.
